Author Information

Dianna Hutts Aston is the author of many bestselling books for children. In addition, she has established an annual Teen Writer’s Workshop for underprivileged teens in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, where she lived for several years. She currently lives in Texas.  Sylvia Long is the illustrator of many bestselling books for children. (She is approaching half a million Chronicle copies sold.) She lives in Scottsdale, Arizona, with her husband and their dogs, Jackson and Truman.
