Overview

The main author, Prof. Dr. med. Ingeborg Welters, has been teaching echocardiography at the international level for more than five years. She is also Consultant and Senior Lecturer in Intensive Care. She has more than eight years experience in Cardiac Anaesthesia/Intensive Care echocardiography and holds the Certificate for transesophageal echocardiography in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care by the DGAI (German Society for Anaesthesia and Intensive Care)
