Lacresha V. McCollough is a literacy coach and the creator of the 4it Phonics to Reading program. She is a former Title 1 reading teacher and has worked in education for 17 years, including six years as a lead reading teacher. She holds a bachelor's degree in early childhood education and a master's degree in curriculum instruction with an emphasis in literacy. A mother of four, she enjoys spending time with family and friends as she continues to follow God's plan for her life.
