Author Information

About the Author: Anastasia Svoboda has a PhD in theology. She began competition long-distance running at the age of seven, was part of a nationally acclaimed dance team, and eventually had her own award-winning dance team of high school students. She developed an interest in nutrition and exercise at a very young age, as her mother was a certified nutritionist who taught her what foods to eat, why, and how to prepare them. Anastasia mentors teenage girls and women in exercise and nutrition to help them reach their long-term goals. She is also the author of 365 To Make A 180; The Exercise Program, and her newest book, 365 To Make A 180; The Relationship Program, coming soon!
