OverviewI am a Natural Health and Beauty Practitioner, Massage Therapist, Hypnotherapist, Stress Management, Nutrition and Health Coach. I've come across many people who have been trying to improve their lives and it used to work - but only for some time. You see, it takes time to form a habit. I know it from my own experience since I've failed more than once myself. They say that a new habit requires on average 90 days to take root. I became determined to change my life - fast. So I decided to plan my transformation out. However, since I love a structured approach, I decided to create a planner for myself - the one that would work for me. I added 10 days to the 90-day timing just in case. After all, we do have what I'd call bad days when things don't go as planned, for whatever reason. This planner focuses on more than one habit. I just didn't want to spend the whole year changing myself and decided to take the holistic approach which meant addressing my sleep, diet, relaxation, time out and mental pursuits all at once.
