Linda Hailey is a marketing consultant specialising in planning and marketing for small businesses. Her twenty year career in advertising and marketing has included an 8 year stint as Creative Director and Marketing Manager at Sydney radio station 2WS. Linda now runs her own consultancy business for small business people and also presents seminars on marketing, customer service and business development for small business groups. Her book Kickstart Marketing was published by Allen + Unwin in 2001.
