Pravin Krishna is Chung Ju Yung Distinguished Professor of International Economics at Johns Hopkins University, Washington DC and also Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research. Arvind Panagariya is Professor of Economics and Jagdish Bhagwati Professor of Indian Political Economy at Columbia University, New York. Kar-yiu Wong is Professor of Economics at the University of Washington.
