OverviewThe Bible predicted a final return of Israel to her homeland, which happened in 1948 after being dispersed throughout the world for about 2000 years. Since then, the returning Israelites enjoyed rebuilding their country, including Jerusalem and, hopefully, a future Third Temple, while surrounded by unfriendly neighboring countries. All this has been happening in a post-Christian era, also understood as a growing anti-Christian era. The book describes symptoms of present End-times developments in which present (sexual) immorality plays an essential and distressing role, especially for Christians. While writing these words, Israel was attacked by Hamas on October 7, 2023 and her response to that severe attack prompted worldwide discussions. As in some present discussions among Christians, this book reflects on a possible future, even pending the Battle of Armageddon, as part of end-time developments in today's world. While many Christians speak of Jesus' first return to end this battle before His final return, this book tells of Jesus' return when He, with His Church, will enjoy their everlasting lives on a renewed earth surrounded by renewed heavens.
