Eduard Martin was born in New York to Italian immigrant parents. He's a multi-award-winning writer. Among his best-selling books: BBQ Masters, How to Smoke Meat, and Grilling Universe. His books have been translated into 15 different languages and have won several awards worldwide. Before dedicating himself to writing, he served the Country in the Navy. He now lives in Los Angeles, with his wife and three sons.
