Overview

""The Decider"" is a gripping imaginary story of a mother and her daughter, who were gang raped and tortured repeatedly for two days on a mail train, travelling from Mumbai to Calcutta. The book sends a strong message to society that rape is a severe crime, and a rapist deserves to be punished immediately.
