Author Information

Jason Pot is a successful chef, acclaimed author and doting father! Born in the late 1960's in New Orleans, he entertained himself by banging away at pots and pans in his grandmother's kitchen. Over time, he started cooking with her. He developed a love for cooking that he has carried with himself over the last five decades. His recipes are so popular amongst friends and neighbours, that he often finds himself in situations where he has to be responsible for bringing the most dishes for potluck dinners! He complains, but secretly loves it.
