Overview

Within the pages of this book several short stories tell tales about the villagers of Wishland and their neighbors. Throughout their lives, they continue to have many adventures within the mystical lands. They encounter many magical beings whether friends or foes. Love and friendship abound as the villagers seek help from the Wish Fairies to help them fight for survival. With magic (and sometimes evil) anything can happen.

Author Information

Born in Connecticut, Laureen spent most of her adolescent years in several states (mostly in Norfolk, Virginia). Upon her father's retirement from the Navy, at the age of 17, her family relocated to the Crystal Coast of North Carolina. Since her retirement she now lives in the beautiful state of Louisiana, near her most precious assets-her family and all her rescue cats.At a young age, and having aa very active imagination, Laureen decided to write stories of her own which also include original poetry in the form of spells. She shows her own beliefs in magic, friendship, family values, and the love all beings should show to one another.
