Overview

Equal parts brutal and beautiful, Show’s End takes place in Georgia during the 1920s and follows Loralye, a 12-year-old runaway seeking refuge with a traveling group of freak show performers. At first, she isn’t welcomed for being too “ordinary.” But what her newfound family doesn’t know, is that Loralye is hiding a secret more freakish than anyone could ever imagine! Collects issues #1-5.

Author Information

Anthony Cleveland began writing comics after departing from his position as County Coroner Deputy to pursue self-publishing. Shortly after, he was selected in Mad Cave Studios’ talent search and went on to write the hit series Show’s End, Stargazer, and a short in Grimm Tales from the Cave, a horror anthology showcasing many of today’s top talents in the genre. Anthony lives in Indiana with his wife and three children. His interest in sequential art first came from watching cartoons as a child. His main references are Eduardo Risso, Joe Madureira, James Harren and Mateus Santolouco. Justin Birch is a 2018 Ringo Award nominated letterer born and raised in the hills of West Virginia. Lettering comics since 2015, he is a member of the lettering studio AndWorld Design and has worked with DC, IDW, Dynamite, Lion Forge Comics, Mad Cave Studios, Action Lab Comics, DMC Comics, Source Point Press, Z2 Comics, and numerous indy publishers. Justin still lives in West Virginia, only now it’s with his loving wife, daughter, and their dog, Kirby.
