John Cantwell is Professor of International Business at the Rutgers Business School, New Jersey (USA) and Professor of International Economics at the University of Reading (UK). Simona Iammarino is Lecturer in International Economics at the University of Rome 'La Sapienza' and is also affiliated researcher at the Department of Economics, University of Reading, UK.
