OverviewStudying Roberto Bolaño's work is not easy, since there is an abundant scientific production and research on it, especially in relation to his two most famous novels: The Savage Detectives and 2666, the latter being the one we will talk about in this research. This already poses a first problem, since when entering a field where there is so much previous content, one runs the risk of approaching the work from prejudice, which hinders the understanding and research from a different perspective; however, the proposal of this thesis is to approach 2666 from amazement, trying to explore other approaches. This research starts from one of the sketches found in a reprint of 2666 published by Alfaguara in 2019, which were taken from the Bolaño Archive; it should be noted that the specific selection of that sketch was made because it is the drawing of the tubular structure, which is what will be studied in this work.
