The illustrations are gorgeous and really complement the narrative. I love the breathing exercises this book included. It means a lot for children to practice that type of self-control, especially when there are other things that they think may be more important. It's never too early to start learning techniques like this, so I'm glad this book included it. I loved that the character shows resilience to demonstrate to children resilience as well. Libby the Loving and Kind is great for parents and children alike! Through a sweet story, children learn how to master their feelings, overcome challenges, and learn to care for animals. Libby inspires young readers to be determined, focused, and responsible. A wonderful and touching story. Love the deep breathing techniques it teaches our kids. Libby and Little Leo's heartwarming story is absolutely wonderful! The wisdom from Farmer Martin are like gold for both parents and children alike. This book shows children to be resilient and to overcome the negative feelings they may have through and demonstrates motivation and a choice to be cheerful. Love the beautiful artwork. My kids love the bull- Little Leo and the farm animal search throughout the book.
