"Frank Sisson was born in 1925. In 1944, he deployed to France with the 667th Field Artillery. As a sergeant, he participated in much of the most significant fighting of the later war, including the Battle of the Bulge. After the war, he served as a military police inspector in Berlin. He lives in Oklahoma City. ROBERT L. WISEis the author of 34 books, including five which cover the World War II period. Grover Gardner is an award-winning narrator with over a thousand titles to his credit. Named one of the ""Best Voices of the Century"" and a Golden Voice by AudioFile magazine, he has won three prestigious Audie Awards, was chosen Narrator of the Year for 2005 by Publishers Weekly, and has earned more than thirty Earphones Awards."
