Cygnet Brown currently lives in the Missouri Ozarks where, in addition to writing, she and her husband garden, forage, and keep livestock. Kerry Kelley is a 40-year resident and homesteader in the Missouri Ozarks. She is a lifelong gardener, forager, and self-taught Ozarks Granny. She makes her home on 110 acres with her husband.Along with co-author Cygnet Brown, she hopes to preserve authentic Ozarks culture and customs through the Ozark Grannies' Secrets.
