"This isn't your ordinary gluten-free cookbook! Kibby is a home-chef gone professional. These awesomely delicious and well-tested gluten-free baking recipes evolved from years of serving the public. All recipes are designed to bake and freeze if you desire, so you always have amazing, tasty baked goods on hand to fuel your busy life. There are many excellent gluten-free versions of basic baked staples you used to take for granted like breads, cinnamon rolls, cookies and cupcakes. Kibby conceptualized a gluten-free cafe & bakery in 2018 outside Savannah, Georgia. She operated it for three years before selling it. Prior/post to that experience Kibby operated two cottage food bakeries selling at farmers markets and via weekly menu ordering. In her former lives she was a bank and retail manager, entrepreneur, reflexologist, and storm chaser assistant, to just name a few of her working hobbies! Kibby has thoughtfully curated the recipes, including customer favorites and best sellers from over the years of owning and operating her small-batch gluten-free bakeries. Recipes that received the most raves and/or reorders and requests have been carefully written and tested. The directions are simple and sometimes entertaining.
