Girl, You're Single . . . Not Alone.: An urgent guide for the insecure woman to protect herself from harm while deepening her faith.

Overview

To women experiencing insecurity, singleness, or uncertainty regarding their purpose in the world, and to those burdened by feelings of guilt or shame: it is important to recognize that these circumstances do not define your identity. While such experiences may be part of your current situation, they DO NOT determine who you are or where you belong. Circumstances can drown out the reality of your purpose and peace available to you. I was you. Now I know... How to live, free from the chains of insecurity. Now I want to lead as many women as I can out from the state of insecurity from which I come. There is hope! Come and see! This book will: 1. Show you how to silence the lies bringing you down. 2. Make you pause before acting on impulses that invite harmful consequences. 3. Give you tools to relieve yourself of pain caused by another. 4. Give you the push to be part of something bigger than yourself, subsequently lightening the weight of your problems. 5. Show you the harm caused by self-pity; and 6. Light up a path for you to come out of darkness

Author Information

Kristen is an Air Force brat, whose family settled on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. She is blessed with a close family- immediate and beyond. Kristen attended public school K-12 and some college. Today, she encourages parents to homeschool their children as public school is where she was exposed to drugs, fights, music that glorified casual sex and violence. After Jesus pulled her from the world she once longed to please, and she continued to lean in closer and closer to Him, her plans crumbled as His plans for her came to fruition. She now works for herself at Fit Food Farm To-Go, encouraging and teaching others to grow food gardens and live a healthy lifestyle. She also sells her own organic product such as elderberry syrup, teas and food plants. In addition to serving women at a pregnancy center, she encourages parents to get their children involved in martial arts to obtain self-defense skills and skills to defend others; as well as benefit from the discipline, exercise and opportunities to compete.
