An accessible and useful tool to understanding a vast and complicated topic, Beaulieu's book creates opportunities for professionals, trustees, donors, and the public to navigate the intricacies of endowments on common ground. Replete with a technical glossary and case-based examples, it's a must-read for today's leaders. --Tom Loughman, co-chair of the United States National Committee of the International Council of Museums (ICOM-US)
