Author Information

Jane Moir has a degree in law and politics and qualified as a solicitor over 15 years ago. She has practised extensively in family law, and is a member of both the Solicitors Family Law Association and the Law Society's Family Law Panel. Rosy Border, co-author of this title and series editor of the Pocket Lawyer series, has a first class honours degree in French and has worked in publishing, lecturing, journalism and the law. A prolific author and adapter, she stopped counting after 150 titles.
