He is also lead volume editor of Radiation Oncology Study Guide, 2e.  Neha Vapiwala, MD is Professor and Vice Chair for Education in the Department of Radiation Oncology at the University of Pennsylvania. Charles R. Thomas, Jr., MD is Professor and Chair in the Department of Radiation Medicine at OHSU Knight Cancer Institute. He is also volume editor of Oncologic Emergency Medicine, 2e, and Radiation Oncology Study Guide, 2e.
