Reviews

""I only wish I had this as a reference a decade ago when I was just starting out in the industry and was continuously searching terms on Google just to keep up in conversations. This is a tremendous resource for business owners, budtenders, lawyers, consultants, and policymakers, and will definitely have a permanent place on my desk from now on."" -Douglas Mains, government relations and regulatory attorney ""Angie is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about helping others, but I'm willing to bet you already know that! Recommending Angie goes beyond endorsing her as a cannabis expert; it is a testament to her compassionate approach to education and unwavering dedication to safety and accessibility for patients everywhere."" -Raven Ariola, M.S., program director of Cannabis and Medicinal Plant Science at Beal University ""Ms. Angie has the knowledge and the expertise that a patient and a business could, and would, ever need. She is so knowledgeable with products and knows all about the business aspect. And when it comes to caregiving, well I know from experience how kind and patient she is and puts 110% for her patients! She's definitely a team player and the kindest person I know."" -Sherry Hoover, retired nurse and cancer patient ""Angie has exceptional, extensive knowledge on medical marijuana. She's capable of training an entire staff and any patient who is curious about the benefits marijuana has to offer. She has a wonderful training program that is sure to teach anyone the basics they need to know in order to inform a patient. She always has a solution and if she doesn't, she will guarantee research until she feels confident in one. She is one of the most devoted people I've met; her main goal is to help people and that is exactly what she does."" -Sierra Couch, cannabis retail consultant ""I think you will find that Angie has a unique way of breaking down some very complicated science, as well as ""stoner-terminology,"" that I found easy to digest and understand as to how this plant can help me in my everyday life. Kudos, Angie Roullier, for being one of the first to finally bring this valuable education to all of us! I truly hope that the next time I walk into a retail location that the budtender has educated themself with this knowledge. How refreshing it would be to have a retailer who actually asked me questions about how I prefer to take cannabis for my medical conditions, as opposed to just assuming I was there to get the most THC I could spend my money on. I can only hope that this author continues to write, educate, and speak her passion on the topic of cannabis as I believe she's one of those unique folks that can truly drive needed changes in this evolving industry."" -Stephen S., critical care territory manager

Author Information

Over 14 years ago, Angie Roullier chose to give cannabis a shot as a method of treatment for her Charcot-Marie-Tooth (CMT) disease. Not only did she find that it greatly improved her quality of life, but was now wildly curious about how it worked and how it could help others. She has been a budtender, a shop manager and a team lead, where she successfully helped open and run the first dispensary in one of the most unforgiving counties in the country.Currently she is a cannabis educator and author of Pot for the People and speaks with city councils, law enforcement, assisted living facilities and veterans in an effort to educate them on how cannabis works in the real world. She is a huge advocate for the importance of proper science-based cannabinoid education, dosages, prescription interactions, whole plant products, and terpene profiles. Angie Roullier has crossed paths with thousands of people looking to cannabis for help with medical conditions. She has seen cannabis do wonders for so many people and seen it do absolutely nothing for others. Cannabis is not for everyone. Cannabis is not a cure-all, a magic bullet, or the last medicine you'll ever take. But what it may have is the potential to help.
