Lucy Boucher has a PhD in Creative Writing from Brunel University, UK, and has been a visiting researcher at the University of Johannesburg, South Africa. She is currently completing a novel, and a defense of the English Literature canon against the corrosive influence of the pervasive genre of Fan Fiction.
