Overview

In the Wild-West wilderness of the Frontier, a sheriff has been tasked with escorting the captured servant of the vampire Nobility to the authorities in the Capital. Unfortunately, the stagecoach route they must follow crosses into the territory of the servant's master, the dread Duke Sinistre! As they rush toward the safety of the civilized city, monsters lie in wait to attack and destroy them. However, they also encounter the legendary dhampir vampire hunter known only as ""D"". Author Information

Yoshitaka Amano is a world-renowned fine artist known for his work on Final Fantasy, Sandman, and Vampire Hunter D. Hideyuki Kikuchi is a Japanese author famous for his horror novels. His most famous works include the Vampire Hunter D series, Darkside Blues, and Wicked City. He has been compared to both Stephen King and H. P. Lovecraft. Kikuchi was born in Choshi, Japan, on September 25, 1949. He attended Aoyama Gakuin University and was trained as a writer by famed author Kazuo Koike. His first novel, Demon City Shinjuku, was published in 1982. Kikuchi became close friends with writer and director Yoshiaki Kawajiri during his adaption of Wicked City and the two have since collaborated on Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust and the OVA of Demon City Shinjuku. Scott McCormick is an in-demand narrator with a background in film and stage acting. Cody Roberts is a classically trained performer who received his BFA from Southern Oregon University. On stage, Cody has performed everything from Shakespeare to contemporary works. He brings to his recordings a truly engaging voice, with an obvious love and passion for the art of storytelling. Michael John Casey is an in-demand narrator with a background in film and stage acting. Colleen Delany has been a sparkling jewel in the crown of Washington's vastly talented acting community for thirty-seven days now and will confidently challenge to a fierce best out of three in ""paper-rock-scissors"" anyone wishing to topple her from that lofty perch. Primarily a stage actress, --having played roles at Shakespeare Theatre Company, Goodman Theatre, Arena Stage, Signature Theatre, Folger Shakespeare Library, Studio Theatre, Olney Theatre, Woolly Mammoth, Theater J, Washington Stage Guild, Theater of the First Amendment, and Source Theatre, among others--Ms. Delany does a you-name-it of various acting jobs, including audiobook narration.
