Author Information

Katherine Willow lives in Minnesota, where she works as a teacher and writer. She is a classically-trained harpist, a poet, and a dog mom. She enjoys skydiving, scuba diving, playing hockey, practicing ashtanga yoga, reading... and, of course, climbing! Laure Braconnier is a contemporary artist who lives and works in San Diego, California. Belgian native, she loves the outdoors, and her vibrant paintings may be a positive reaction to the grayness of her homeland. She is also an architect, a mother, and a yoga lover who believes that colors can boost moods. Therefore, she loves to create uplifting pieces of art to add a bit of cheer in peoples' life! Climbers, yogis, aerialists, and more are all brought to life with contrasting and harmonious tones. The passionate painter wants the viewer to feel happiness and a sense of action while looking at her art.
