She is the author of The Monstrous and the Vulnerable: Framing British Jihadi Brides and Islamophobia in Britain: The Making of a Muslim Enemy. Lee Jarvis is Professor of International Politics at the University of East Anglia, UK. He is (co-) author or editor of fourteen books and over fifty articles or chapters on the politics of security, including Times of Terror: Discourse, Temporality and the War on Terror. Harmonie Toros is Reader in International Conflict Analysis at the University of Kent, UK, where she researches how humans engage with political violence.
