This book is for anyone who is in a bad mortgage situation. You have an adjustable loan; your monthly payment has now skyrocketed to an amount you can't afford on a monthly basis. That is the situation I found myself in. After four applications to my bank for a loan modification, I decided I needed to get professional help.
