Face une augmentation marque des symptmes d'anxit et de dpression chez les tudiants, il devient imprieux de disposer d'outils concrets, valids partir de donnes probantes, permettant une intervention efficace, cible et diffrencie. Si la transition aux tudes postsecondaire se rvle une tape positive pour plusieurs, de plus en plus d'tudiants vivent des problmes de sant mentale qui interfrent avec leur russite scolaire. Le programme de prvention Zentudes: vivre sainement la transition au collge est destin aux tudiants vivant la transition postsecondaire et vise favoriser la persvrance scolaire, prvenir l'anxit et la dpression par l'enseignement d'habilets de protection. Le programme comprend trois volets. Le premier, celui de la prvention universelle, qui est offert en classe par des enseignants, vise le dveloppement des connaissances sur la sant mentale et la transition postsecondaire. Le deuxime, celui de la prvention cible slective, est offert sous la forme de deux ateliers visant la gestion de l'anxit et la prvention de la dpression des sous-groupes d'tudiants auto-rfrs. Le troisime volet est celui de la prvention cible indique. Il comprend 10 rencontres en groupe de six dix participants qui prsentent des symptmes cliniques d'anxit et ou de dpression et qui sont animes par deux professionnels en sant mentale. Le programme comprend 15 composantes.
