Overview

"Just in time for the nostalgic 80's craze! 10 deliciously riveting short stories set against the music and fashion and the entertainment industry of Manhattan. .One reader said ""Sometimes harrowing but always hopeful"". There are levels of love. There are levels of lies. Zelly was fond of saying. 10 coming of age stories filled with pop culture and celebrity encounters as Zelda Taliaferro experiences upside down right side up, upsetting relationships with family and friends, boyfriends and husbands, the world and herself. About the truths and choices and lies that made her. Sometimes her memories are chilling, sometimes poignant, always powerful and filled with the purest of love. Zelda could have been a drug addict but she wasn't. She could have been the best lawyer and a great politician but she wasn't. She wasn't the best daughter, but she was a true friend and best girlfriend/wife you could ever want. That's Life when you live with reckless abandon and good intentions."

Amazing! This book was so relatable and well written. I laughed and cried with Zelda. Inspiring.... a great read! This book was a quick read. I couldn't put it down until I read every word. I was so engrossed to find out what happened next and regardless of what Zelda went through I was along for the ride. Written with openness to share each occurrence, emotion and perseverance that I am familiar with by this author, I say thank you for putting pen to paper. Looking forward to many more books. Love, Love, Love this spicy, funny and relatable book! The author takes you on her exciting journey called life. Can't wait for the next book! I love it!!! I'm recommending this book to all my friends and family. One of the best books I've read in a long time.
