I have been dooing Tai Chi for 24 years, the last 18 years with Sifu Leo. My back problem of 40 years has not had a major flare up sicne I started classes as Tai Chi has strengthened my core and improved my stability. It is also a great stress reliever and povides a place where one can practice grounding oneself and mindfulness. I like that it is non competitive and that I have an opportunity to subject myself to the discipline of both coming to class as well as following insgtructions in class I have been learning Taiji witgh Leo Ming since 2009. I started as a result of a sports injury and my Physiotherapist recommended that I do Taiji to help heal and improve my strength and balance. It has been an amazing hourney. Leo is a calm, patient and kind teacher. He leads by example and I continually aspire to move the way he does. Even thought my injury has long healed, I have continued with my Taiji.
