He worked as a teacher training fellow in northern Japan and then served as coordinator of the Mombusho English Fellows (MEF) Program for two years. In addition, he taught English at the JAL-BBC Institute and edited in-house materials for Simul Academy in Tokyo. Subsequently, he worked as Senior Development Editor for Cambridge University Press in New York City. Since 1998, he has been a freelance author and editor on a variety of print and video projects for major ELT publishers. He is a co-author of the World Link and World Pass series for National Geographic Learning. Nancy Douglas has been in the English language teaching field since 1991. She has worked as an instructor and materials developer in Korea and the United States. She has co-authored several series for National Geographic Learning, including World Link and Reading Explorer, and has edited print and Web-based materials for students as well as professional development courses for teachers.
