Word Winners is a fun and easy way for kids to use their imaginations and help their vocabularies grow. These thought-provoking games are useful for homework, center work, doing something productive when the child finishes early, and just for the challenge of being creative. They accommodate most levels of elementary age students, and the rules can be changed by the teacher or parent. Students enjoy these games, and they offer an art encentive as well. These word games are not new to most teachers, but they are handy to have as an extra resource when a little extra activity is needed to keep the day running smoothly. Most of them can be finished within 15 minutes to 1/2 hour, but it depends on the imagination and effort of the students. They are fun at home too. There are three styles of games.
