He is the President of the International Association of Judo Researchers, Education Director of the Commonwealth Judo Association and Managing Director of the Judospace Educational Institute. He has worked in the International Federation Services team for judo at the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games and the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
