Overview

Humans flock from all over the world for a trip with Wolf Tours, an eco-tourism company run by a pack of wolves. Rodney, our narrator is the worst of the tour guides, speaking essentially no English. Her recovery from a recent heartbreak is going slowly and it doesn't make her tour guide skills any better. Using a variety of experimental and lyrical forms, Wolf Tours explores love, language, climate change, and how individuals find and create meaning in nature.

Alyse Knorr is an associate professor of English at Regis University, co-editor of Switchback Books, and co-producer of the Sweetbitter podcast. She is the author of the poetry collectionsArdor(2023),Mega-City Redux(2017),Copper Mother(2016) andAnnotated Glass(2013). She also authored the video game history books GoldenEye (2022) and Super Mario Bros. 3 (2016); and four poetry chapbooks. Her work has appeared or is forthcoming in The New Republic, POETRY Magazine, Alaska Quarterly Review, Denver Quarterly, and The Georgia Review, among others. She received her MFA from George Mason University.
