Emmanuelle George is a researcher in territorial economy at INRAE (National Institute for Research in Agriculture, Food and Environment) in Grenoble, unit LESSEM (Laboratoire EcoSystèmes et Sociétés en Montagne). Her work focuses on winter sports resorts and their evolutionary trajectories faced to the challenges of global change. Philippe Bourdeau teaches cultural geography at Grenoble-Alpes University (UMR PACTE, LabEx ITTEM). His research focuses on the cross effects of environmental and societal changes on tourism and mountain sports.
