Author Information

Theresa Fuller grew up with ghosts outside her front door. Born in Singapore to Peranakan parents, Theresa was encouraged in her writing by her teacher, Chia Hearn Chek, a well-known local author. Educated in Singapore and Australia, Theresa worked as an analyst/programmer and later as a high school teacher. Her first short story THE CRICKET SON was published in VOICES OF THE PAST, An Anthology of Stories Passed Down In Australian Families. Her breakthrough novel is the Steampunk YA THE GHOST ENGINE, published in March 2018. THE GHOST ENGINE combines her love of technology with her enthusiasm for Victorian England. Her second novel, THE GIRL WHO BECAME A GODDESS, is a collection of folktales from Singapore, Malaysia and China published in May 2019. Her third novel, The GIRL SUDAN PAINTED LIKE A GOLD RING, is a collection of folktales about the Sea Dyaks from Borneo was published in January 2022. Theresa resides with her family in Sydney, Australia. Her current mission is to save the language of her ancestors: Baba Malay. Karen Albright Lin is a hopeless foodie, award-winning novelist, produced screenwriter and writing coach. Many of her stories are inspired by her experience marrying into a Taiwanese family. Mu Shu Mac & Cheese and American Moon: A Chinese Immigrant Story are available on Amazon. She teaches for Princess and Celebrity cruise lines and writers conferences in Colorado where she's part of a rich author community. Dayna Hart has always loved words, and can still remember the first time she put pencil to paper to make magic - stories on the page. Granted, she was the only one who could read them, as she hadn't yet learned her alphabet, and all she made were circles on the page. But the concept stuck: words, and what people can do with them, is a kind of magic. Whether writing her own books, or helping authors polish their own, Dayna is very happy to still be making word-magic in adulthood. (And even better, that other people can now read them.)
