Author Information

Neville Featherstone retired from the Royal Navy as a Commander. In his second career he co-edited the Macmillan Reeds Nautical Almanac from 92-99. In 2000 he re-wrote the Macmillan Yachtsman's Handbook and then wrote the original West France Cruising Companion. The North France and Belgium Cruising Companion followed then the Channel Cruising Companion. He has cruised single-handed around the UK, most of Ireland and from Den Helder to Spain and Portugal.
