"From the outside looking in Wanamaker may look like your typical neighborhood elementary school, but another world lies under the surface of shiny lockers, linoleum floors and smiling kids. A world created by a few elite students known as ""The Circle,"" giving order and a thriving new economy to our school. Before The Circle there was chaos. Bullies were shaking kids down for any and everything on a daily basis. Kid's couldn't buy lunch, wheel and deal nor enjoy their day. Kids were too scared to come to school, especially with money. Friend tumt on friend, couples tumt on each other. School... was... miserable. Until The Circle stepped in. The Circle made the bullies an offer they couldn't refuse by converting the bullies into hall monitors to maintain order between the students, and taxing every kid in the school making a living wheeling and dealing. Through this new regime the bullies were able to make more money than ever before while keeping all the kids in line with each other. Kids were able to spend and make money under protection and peace, thus creating a new economic prosperity. Kids became entrepreneurs, trips got better, fundraisers became cooler. Wanamaker Elementary flourished into economic utopia..."
