Dr. Debra L. Brown and Rob DeRooy together have decades of direct and practical experience working with boards. Comfortable and confident with both boards and executives, they possess a mix of well-researched, experiential, and conceptual insights that uniquely qualify them to advise organizations on governance. They have served as CEOs, been board members of varied organizations, and can see governance issues from both sides of the table.
