OverviewThis study was chosen respond to violation of human rights committed during the civil war conflict that took place in the Republic of South Sudan since 2013 to the present. The crime in South Sudan was carried out in light of the basic rules set in the Rome Statute of 1998 and regarding to the International Criminal Court (ICC) and responsibility of crime against the humanity and war crime in South Sudan according to sections 25-28 of the statute.
