The breadth of perspectives is very new and much needed. Professor Roper has teased out the ideas and views of industry commentators and persuaded them to depart from the public relations lines that they oftentimes have to deliver at conferences and in interviews with journalists. It is not only that she has interviewed well, but her knowledge and understanding of the topic means that the views of commentators are evaluated in an effective as well as novel way.
