Born in the UK, Wayne has over 20 years' experience working in the UK, Australia, and Hong Kong with exposure to India and China markets. In 2013 Wayne led a team that implemented the first comprehensive smart metering and demand response solution in South East Asia that went on to win a series of awards in Hong Kong and around the region. In 2015, Wayne was recognised for driving innovation and vision in the smart energy sector by Metering and Smart Energy International. Wayne has a Masters in Information Systems and lives with his partner and their three children in Melbourne, Australia. British by birth, Phil began his career with British Telecom in London and is a true global citizen having lived and worked in the United Kingdom, South Africa, Denmark, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Japan. Phil has served as a senior executive with many leading Smart Communications and Smart Energy solution vendors including Mitel Telecom, Newbridge Networks, ADC Telecommunications, Advanced Fibre Communications, PICS Telecom, Endace NZ, Landis+Gyr and Sensus. His experience, integrity and honest approach to business have been the foundations of long-term and enduring partnerships. Phil who is married and holds Australian and British citizenship, currently resides in London.
