John Allen Williams is professor emeritus of political science at Loyola University of Chicago. Stephen J. Cimbala is Distinguished Professor of Political Science at Penn State Brandywine. The late Sam C. Sarkesian was most recently professor emeritus of political science at Loyola University Chicago.
