He is co-author of Reimagining the Pariah City: Urban Development in Belfast and Detroit (1995), and has published widely in the field of urban identity and city marketing. - HANNS-UVE SCHWEDLER is Managing Director of the European Academy of the Urban Environment in Berlin.
