"That's ""Skot"" with a ""K"" and one ""T.""And no, he's not Scandinavian. As a way to differentiate himself in the 6th grade from two other ""Scott Ws,"" he started spelling his name ""Skot,"" and he never had to put his last name on his papers again. This creative, out-of-the-box thinking is what has helped Skot to develop and conduct unique strategic communication programs for companies like JP Morgan Chase, Sesame Workshop, Chiquita, The Coca-Cola Company, Cisco, Mount Sinai Hospital, and the CDC. When he's not coaching leaders and teams on effective communication strategies or recording one of his Unlocked with Skot Waldron podcast episodes, you'll find Skot speaking on stages nationwide.
