Thomas S. Lyons is the Clarence E. Harris Chair of Excellence in Entrepreneurship in the Gary W. Rollins College of Business at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, USA. He has expertise in the following subjects: entrepreneurship, economic development, strategic planning, and public–private partnerships.
