En prosa destacan La potica del hombre dividido en la obra de Luis Cernuda (1985), Invitacin a Gilberto Owen (2007), Elogio de la calle (2010), La isla tiene forma de ballena (2015) y muchos otros libros. El fantasma del Hotel Alsace (2001) fue reconocida con el Premio de Dramaturgia Sergio Magaa y alcanz 130 representaciones. Ha sido distinguido con el Premio Iberoamericano de Poesa Ramn Lpez Velarde (2011) y el Premio Universidad Nacional (2012), entre otros. Vicente Quirarte is a poet, essayist, playwright, and editor. He graduated with a doctorate from UNAM. He is the author of many books such as Invitation to Gilberto Owen, Elogio de la calle, and El fantasma del Hotel Alsace. He has been distinguished with the Ramn Lpez Velarde Ibero-American Poetry Prize (2011) and the National University Prize (2012), among others.
