Nigel has operated his own property consulting firm for more than 15 years and during this time acquired a reputation as a leading property adviser to a number of high profile clients - most notably as an expert witness in New Zealand's largest ever property litigation. He has also been a (very occasional) contributing writer to the National Business Review on property trends. In addition, Nigel has the rare experience of being CEO of a Crown economic development entity - where his role encompassed providing advice to the Government in relation to major events including the America's Cup, the Winter Olympics, the Commonwealth Games and the World Triathlon Champs. Nigel has a Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA) with distinction from Massey University and a Diploma in Valuation from the University of Auckland School of Architecture. He is also an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (AREINZ) and a licensed real estate agent (MREINZ). Wendy Mayson's professional marketing career spans over 25 years. Wendy has held senior positions with internationally respected advertising and promotional marketing agencies in both New Zealand and Australia and has worked with some of the world's leading brands such as Coca Cola, Johnson & Johnson, Rexona, Adidas, KFC, Colgate Palmolive and Woolworths - to name a few. Wendy has also held marketing management positions with a hotel group, a restaurant chain and a private school. Wendy lived and went to school overseas in Guatemala, Italy and England.
